---Beliefs are memories. An unconventional thought however it is a very powerful and empowering reframe.
(326) 99 What is a Belief & Changing Memories - YouTube
Robert Smith is the creator of Eutaptics Faster EFT. This is a good example of how the process works. This is a live demo so it is a bit different than a private session. The key objective is to interrupt the 'existing bad neuronal pathways (aka memories)' and change them (all aspects of them). This change is a natural process. Memories that we hold within are our internal codes of conduct. So if you hold 'bad' memories, they do not provide internal support. The past is over. We do not need to relive it in our heads. Change your painful memories, hurts etc.... Reach out to us to get help! There are other links available to witness how this amazing process works on our resources page.
Our re-occurring thoughts are well-built neuronal pathways. The wonderful news is that they are NOT fixed. We can change them.
In our session work, we change what you hold inside you (your memories) so that you learn to see the wisdom and the learnings and not the pain.
Memory reconsolidation happens naturally. When we visit a memory it updates. This is how our brain/mind keeps us safe - it learns and stores new stuff all the time. It is changeable and plastic. Once we learn how our own brain works, we can use that information to help ourselves or work with someone who is trained to guide you through the change process.
Memory reconsolidation happens naturally and can be leveraged to help yourself!
The presentation is a bit technical however it discusses the key point in neuroscience that help generate transformational change.
