How to Use This Tapping Guide

Tapping is a gentle self-soothing mindfulness exercise that you can use whenever you’re feeling overwhelmed, tense, or burdened by strong emotions.

This simple tapping guide outlines the key points to tap and calming phrases to recite as you move through the process. You don’t need to get it perfect—just follow along, breathe deeply, and allow the process to assist you in releasing what has been building up.

Even a few minutes of tapping can enhance your self-acceptance formula, helping you feel more grounded, lighter, and at ease. Use this tapping guide as often as you like—your body and mind will truly thank you.
