Why do I need a memory transformation coach? And what is that?
Memories are a crucial part of our lives, shaping our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Memories are the experiences, events, and information our brain stores and retrieves. They can range from short-term memories, like the name of someone you just met, to long-term memories, like a childhood experience. Our memories shape how we see the world, influencing our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
For example, let's say you had a traumatic experience as a child. This experience may have created a negative emotional charge that has stayed with you throughout your life. This negative memory may continue to influence the way you see the world and interact with others, even if the experience occurred many years ago.
Memories act as a code of conduct, influencing the way we see the world and interact with it.
What if you could upgrade these memories, removing any negative emotional charge and replacing them with a more empowering perspective? This is where the power of memories comes into play.

Imagine your mind being like Wikipedia. There are a lot of references within – not all of them are correct nor helpful – and they can be changed.
All the events that happened to you are stored inside your brain, in your vast subconscious, and are being used as resources for you and your life.
When you are presented with a situation, your brain/mind will handle it based on what it has already stored or what you have already experienced and specifically how you interpreted it (your perception). Your subconscious does this efficiently and oftentimes without you even being aware.
The beautiful thing is that your brain is plastic, it can learn and unlearn. It is built to do so - hence the term neuroplasticity. Your brain is built for adaptability and keeping you safe among many other things.
The technique I use leverages your brain's adaptability - the actual mind mechanics (re-wiring neurons, plasticity, memory reconsolidation) - to help you overcome old unpleasant memories, old patterns of belief, traumas (little t and big Ts), etc. - in other words - relieve the stress you hold within.
Memory reconsolidation is a fascinating process that allows individuals to change and modify memories. The key to memory reconsolidation is to interrupt the reexperiencing of a memory, allowing it to be updated with new information and perspectives. This process can be incredibly empowering, allowing individuals to transform negative memories or limiting beliefs into positive and empowering ones.
By updating what you hold inside your mind – you upgrade your references – you naturally and effortless find life more enjoyable and easier. I like to think of it as redecorating your mind. And as you redecorate your mind for the better, you find more joy and more empowerment in your daily life.
